The internal mixer, also known as the mixer, is mainly used for the plasticization and mixing of rubber. An internal mixer is a machine that is equipped with two rotors with specific shapes and rotates relative to each other. It is a machine that intermittently plasticizes and mixes polymer materials in a closed state with adjustable temperature and pressure. It is mainly composed of a mixing chamber. It is composed of a rotor, rotor sealing device, feeding and pressing device, unloading device, transmission device and base.


Operating Procedures of Internal Mixer
1. Machine operators must go through safety education, technical training, and be familiar with the operating procedures of the equipment before they can take up their posts.
2. Before getting on the machine, the operator should wear the required labor protection equipment.
3. Before starting the machine, check and clean up the debris that hinders the operation of the machine.
4. Keep the working site around the machine clean and tidy, and the road is unobstructed, turn on the ventilation equipment (exhaust fan), and keep the workshop air circulating.
5. Open the water supply, gas supply and oil supply valves and check whether the water pressure gauge, water gas gauge and oil pressure gauge are normal.
6. Start the test run, and stop immediately when you find an abnormal sound or other malfunctions.
7. Check whether the material door, top bolt and hopper can be opened normally.
8. Whenever the upper bolt is raised, the upper bolt control knob must be set to the raised position.
9. During the kneading process, if there is material jamming, use the ejector rod or other tools to operate it. It is forbidden to directly pull the material by hand.
10. When the hopper is turned over and unloading, pedestrians are forbidden to approach the hopper and the hoist. Pay attention.
11. Before shutting down, the top bolt must be raised, and the hopper will be turned back to its position. Close the material door to stop power failure.
12. After the work is over, turn off all power, water, air, and oil sources.
