Proper maintenance can extend the service life of the machine and help maintain production efficiency.

1. Keep the open mixing mill clean at all times, and wipe the machine dust with cotton cloth after each use.
2. Choose suitable lubricating oil, check frequently and add enough lubricating oil in time to ensure that the equipment works under good lubrication conditions.
3. Regularly add enough lubricating oil and high-temperature lubricating oil to the gear and bearing inner bearing
4. The oil heating heat-conducting oil uses Anmei 300# heat-resistant heat-conducting oil.

Maintenance method of open mixing mill
1. Spray anti-rust oil on the chrome-plated surface of the machine every week.
2. The equipment shall be maintained every quarter:
(1) Clean the oil from the equipment, and clean the dust in the electric control box,
(2) Check whether the safety cover is firm and whether the fastening nuts are loose.
(3) Check the working status and cleanliness of the transmission parts, brake devices and other parts of each component, and make a record.
(4) Check the curved surface of the stopper plate and the roller, and make a record for handling.
(5) During the rubber mixing process of the water cooling mill, try to keep the water flowing.
3. Repair the equipment once a year:
(1) Clean and check each bearing, replace the severely worn bearing; clean the bearing seat and replace the grease.
(2) Check the wear of gears and transmission parts at various parts. The more severely worn parts should be surveyed and mapped, spare parts are manufactured, and the next maintenance and replacement plan is proposed.
(3) The actual distance of the calibration roller matches the display of the adjustment distance.
(4) Maintain the curved surface in contact between the baffle plate and the roller.
(5) Clean the lubricating oil pipeline and change the lubricating oil.
(6) The seals of the oil heating mill must be replaced every year.
