The plastic extruder is called lab twin screw extruder machine( also know twinscrew extruder), It is one of the main equipment in the plastic processing process. 


A general lab twin screw extruder consists of five parts, the extrusion part, the transmission part, the head, the heating and cooling system, and the electrical 
control system. 


Extrusion part the main part of the extruder machine is mainly used for chearing, plasticcizing and keading plastics, With a certain pressure, The plastic is uniformly and continuously delivered to the machine head. It consists of feeding 
device, screw, barrel, bushing, etc. The screw is divided into single screw and twin screw. 


The function of the transmission system is to drive the screw to rotate and adjust the rotaion of the screw according to the process requirements. 
The transmission system of the lab twin screw extruder machine is composed of a motor reducer. 



The heating and cooling system is divided into: heating zone and cooling zone, the cylinder is heated, the head starts to heat, The heating power of each section 
reaches 1W or customized by customers. The cooling water circulation system is adopted in the entire cooling zone, and the cooling water flow of each section is 
adjustable.Equipped with 316 stainless steel water tank, inlet and outlet water channels and other components, through the PLC touch screen control system, each 
section of the cylinder unit can be independently controlled and cooled.Some important data, such as melt temperature, melt pressure, screw speed will change 
immediately, easy to operate.



Lab twin screw extruder machine is suitable for mixing and processing experiments of engineering plastcs, It has the functions of homogenization, plastic coloring and filling modification.
